American Immobiliare Scholarship
The American Immobiliare College Scholarship Program was founded in 2016.  Our goal is to support the next generation of Italian-American influencers and innovators in commercial real estate fields. The scholarship is open to graduate and undergraduate students nationally. Recipients receive a scholarship that helps underwrite part of the cost of their college tuition. Our scholarships provide assistance towards tuition but will not cover payment for all school costs.
Eligibility:  Students must be a citizen, national, or legal permanent resident of the United States.  Strong emphasis on community service, leadership and solid academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Application Process: Students interested in receiving a scholarship must submit an application online that contains detailed and confidential personal information.  A committee reviews and evaluates the applications and may ask select applicants and their families to visit for an interview.
Scholarships are a one-time award stipend for one year only.

Accepting applications online March 1 - April 30, 2019

2017 American Immobiliare Scholarship Recipients
In just over one year, with your financial support, we recently awarded our first scholarships to two exceptional students, recognizing their academic achievement, community service and leadership consistent with the values of Italian-American influencers and innovators in the field of commercial real estate.

With funds raised through our First Annual Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner held in April, we proudly awarded these deserving students with a one year scholarship in the amount of $5,000 each. Our Scholarship Committee reviewed the impressive pool of applicants, selected two deserving students and presented the awards at the June 11th Member/Guest Event.

Congratulations to our 2017 Scholarship Award Recipients
